Gaskets, seals, diaphrams and flexible tubes are just some of the applications of ARRK's flexible moulding service. The mouldings, produced from silicone tools created from Stereolithographic masters, are available in varying degrees of stiffness and can be coloured in line with customer specification. The moulding technique can be successfully applied to mouldings large and small, with resulting wall thicknesses as low as 1mm.
