The growth of ARRK's world wide operations has increased significantly over the past 10 years. The ARRK Corporation, parent company to ARRK PDG in the UK, have made significant acquisitions in a wide range of Tooling and Moulding operations around the world.
This investment puts the ARRK Group at the forefront of Tooling and Moulding services, enabling our customers to benefit from a single source supplier for both rapid prototyping and tooling & moulding services.
With the recent additional acquisitions in France and Germany, ARRK's European Tooling capability is now providing customers with a real choice.
ARRK PDG LTD
ARRK Product Development Group Teesside UK Tooling and Moulding facility provides a rapid response service for customers seeking to make additional modifications and design changes to their tools. The facility is designed to provide customers with a locally based operation that can handle Tools that are imported from overseas.
Specific tooling design and manufacture will continue to be apart of Teesside's activities but with the significant increase in production tooling being supplied by ARRK facilities worldwide, including Hungary, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan, this facilities operation allows customers to have a modification service which is equally as responsive as our production capabilities, in meeting customers modifications.
Significant investment has also been made in Teesside to support this service in areas such as trialing, inspection and its handling capabilities, including additional trail presses, full CMM capabilities and enhanced handling capabilities for up to 10 tonnes.
Led by Cess Short, the Operations Director for Teesside and principal Tooling members Phil Cooper, Alan Robinson, Mark O'Reilly, Phil Walker and John Richardson, the new operation will assist in the speedy transfer of tooling and to ensure that they are up to speed quickly they will be carrying out final pre-delivery checks and in-house trialing for all UK customer tools. This way customers can be assured that their tools will be up and running in their presses as quickly as possible.

The Jordan’s quality philosophy requires stringent pre-delivery checks to ensure that all the customer’s requirements are met whilst our highly skilled technicians attend all tool trialling to undertake fine tuning or modification as required.
To ensure continual tooling performance we offer a responsive preventative maintenance and breakdown repair facility.
ARRK TECH KFT
Based in the industrial heart land of Miskolc, Hungary, this cost effective Tooling center offers clients a service that is located in Europe but with prices in keeping with the far east. With constant support from ARRK UK's Tooling Manager, Bill Pe-ad, he is able to over see customers projects, along with ARRK's team of tooling co-ordinators.

ARRK HUNGARY KFT
Based in the North East of Hungary and about 50 minutes away from our other ARRK site, ARRK Hungary provide production moulding for many European clients.
This facility has been producing blow moulding and injection mouldings services to businesses in a variety of different industry fields from Automotive, Electronics, Telecommunications to the Chemical industries.
This site is also accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO TS 16949 and is well geared to working with those businesses requiring PPAP and PFMEA reports.

Baede near Nantes in France, SERMO SAS is a leading manufacturer of Automotive and Packaging Tooling. With additional capability in Poland, UK and India this strong outfit offers customers an excellent production and modification service of large tooling and tool trialing.
