Customers of our foundry have been delighted with the speed of response. Combined with our ability to operate short production runs, it is thriving in this highly competitive market. For customers requiring a greater number of parts, it may prove more cost-effective for the customer to have a High Pressure Die-Casting tool. Although taking longer than an RPM tool to create, a HPDC tool, offered by one of ARRK's sister sites in Taiwan or Korea, offers considerable savings on large numbers of parts.
Ultimately, it is the customer along with the ARRK Project Adviser who determine the most suitable method of production which will offer the most appropriate and economical answer.
